in the development of Russia-Turkmenistan ties in the spirit of an enhanced
strategic partnership. Moscow and Ashgabat maintain an active political
dialogue and have been successful when working together on various
undertakings.
I am confident that our joint efforts will enable
us to further expand the constructive ties between Russia and Turkmenistan for the benefit of our friendly nations and for reinforcing stability and security
in Central Asia and the Caspian Region.”
